Lake Balaton Apartments

The property leasing arm of Hungary's CIB Bank is to build a HUF 5 billion apartment park in Balatonlelle, at Lake Balaton.

The nearly 16,000-sqm complex will comprise 153 flats and will also feature a yacht club and a 160-space sailing boat dock.

CIB Property Leasing plans to complete the works by April this year. Some 60% of the 43-150-sqm flats have already been sold out.

The apartment park will consist of a main building and 17 villas with view to the lake. A sandy beach area and swimming pools will add to the luxury of the facility.
