Development Farrell Furlong & Cooper Developments Ltd. undertook the construction of these 54 high-end apartments in conjunction with local developers PR Richter (www.prrichter.sk). PR Richter is acting as the main contractors for the development. The apartments are specifically targeted at the local middle to upper-middle class market. Most apartments are expected to be bought by the local market and are being tailored to the owner’s specific requirements. Specification All apartments will be provided with fitted bathrooms, radiators and gas boilers. Bathrooms and kitchens will be tiled and finished to a high standard.
