Frondoso Valley
Frondoso Valley is a development comprising of semi-detached, linked-detached and terraced two-storey houses, all of which have roof terraces/solariums on the top floor. The houses are organised around green areas with generous swimming pools.
LOCATION
The urbanization Nuevo Torre Guil, where Frondoso Valley is located, is a spot of outstanding beauty within the Natural Reserve of La Sierra de Carrascoy, only 10 minutes away from the cosmopolitan city of Mucia. Just a few minutes from the urbanization, you will find an extense offer of cultural activities and sport facilities such as: theatre, casino, guided visits trough the historical town centre, golf, horse riding, trial leading, seminars about preserving the natural spaces, etc.

At present, the urbanization is linked with Murcia capital city by the MU-603 road that runs along the village of Sangonera La Verde. There is a project approved for a road that will link the urbanization with the junction of the motorway Murcia-Andalucia and the motorway Murcia-Cartagena.

THE DEVELOPMENT
The total area of the urbanization NUEVO TORRE GUIL1 is 118,306m2, and it is divided in two sectors - A and B.
Sector A was the first to be developed. With a total area of 700,000 m2 and a built area of 266,746 m2 (over a net residential area of 381,069 m2), it houses three types of residential accommodation: detached and semi-detached houses, and apartments.
Sector A has been fully developed, as have the access roads and estate facilities, with special emphasis being placed on the presence within the development of the Centre for Education and Environmental Studies sponsored by the Building Society “Caja de Ahorros Del Mediterráneo” (CEMACAM), an extremely important focal point for the development.
In the SECTOR B is where the project FRONDOSO VALLEY is located, has a total areaof 418,102 m2.

Townhouses
If this is the property that better suits your needs, here you have the option to choose between a two or three bedroom property with the distribution:
- Two bedroom townhouse: On the ground floor we find the porch, the dinner/lounge area, one bathroom, the kitchen and a back patio. The internal stairs give access to the first floor where are the two bedrooms (each one with its own terrace) and one complete bathroom. On the top floor there is a roof-solarium.
