El Oasis has been designed as an island in the middle of a large lake: a medina surrounded by water and palm trees. El Oasis is, without a doubt, the defining point for Condado de Alhama. Condado de Alhama is in Murcia Region, in a pristine, privileged setting right at Guadalentín Valley, surrounded by Sierra Espuña and Carrascoy-El Valle Regional Parks, south of Alhama de Murcia. This is a strategic enclave in Spain´s southeast area, in between Andalusia and Valencia regions, featuring a sophisticated motorway network and only 10 minutes away from the finest beaches in the Warm Coast: Águilas, Mazarrón, La Manga and the Minor Sea.

Golf is the very essence of this resort, featuring unique, individual courses. Jack Nicklaus, the most outstanding player of all time, has designed three magnificent courses for Condado de Alhama: two Bear´s Best (the first in Europe) and one Signature Course.
2,500,000 m2 of greens along with 800,000 m2 of vegetation turn Condado de Alhama into a major natural "lung" with breathtaking landscapes encompassing hills and plains, lakes and palm trees, in a veritable medley of textures and colours where homes stand out amidst endless kilometres of green areas.
Each of the Bear´s Best golf courses features the finest 18-hole sets and 160 hectares of greens. One is a desert-style Nicklaus course, while the other features the finest parklands -authentic Nicklaus masterpieces for your enjoyment.
Yet, the Signature Course is the most ambitious course in the entire Condado, covering a 96 hectare area. It fully matches the local terrain and features sharp ups and downs, making the best use of the area´s natural characteristics and achieving exclusive uniqueness.
