The Mar Menor (little sea) is a saltwater lagoon which is separated from the Mediterranean by the Manga Strip breakwater. Transport communications to the Mar Menor are excellent with the new dual carriageway to Alicante and Categena just two kilometres away and the Madrid-Murcia motorway five kilometres.

Golf Course
The Mar Menor Resort is a magnificent complex built around a large lake. The original 9 hole course was designed by Dave Thomas. This is now being extended by another 9 holes designed by Jack Nicklaus.
