The villa is perched along a ridge overlooking picturesque Englishman's Bay, surrounded by three acres of manicured gardens and orchards. The estate also includes two separate apartments. One, the maid's quarters, is located directly beneath the villa. It consists of ca. 400 sq. ft. The independent gatehouse is about 600 sq. ft.
