The access to the house is granted by a 2 km white track in very good condition; at about 50 m there’s another beautiful stone-house.

The structure is sound and doesn’t need any other work, as granted by the engineer who inspected the site. All the installations in the restored part are hooked up and perfectly working. The floorings are in original “cotto” tiles, the frames are wooden with double glazing and the ceilings have exposed wooden beams and flat tiles.
The unrestored part is composed by a wide area (ex stables) on the ground floor, a cellar with independent access and a small apartment with living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom on 2 levels.
The property is comprehensive of 3.500 sqm of flat land, with 2 outbuildings, one of which has been demolished. There’s an approved project for the recovering of these annexes, for a total surface of 386 sqm, foreseeing a congress centre or similar.
